Every organisation has different characteristics, priorities and levels of maturity. For this reason, Studio MRAB does not offer pre-packaged solutions, but designs each engagement around the Client’s objectives, organisational and technological context, and the results to be achieved.

Our experience in the governance and transformation of Information Systems enables us to address ICT challenges not as isolated issues, but by considering the relationships between business, organisation, processes, skills, technologies, risks and regulatory requirements. Our role is to support the Client in decision-making and, where necessary, to assist in turning those decisions into concrete actions.

Our way of working

Principles guiding every engagement

Method, independence and collaboration are adapted to the specific characteristics of each organisation and to the objectives to be achieved.

We start from the objectives

The organisation’s needs come before tools and technologies. Every engagement starts with a clear understanding of the issue, the objectives and the existing constraints. Only then do we identify the most appropriate approaches, tools and possible solutions.

We maintain independent judgement

MRAB operates independently from technology, product and ICT service providers. Solutions are assessed on the basis of how well they fit the Client’s actual needs, rather than adapting the problem to a predefined solution.

We size each engagement to the actual need

Not every issue requires a complex project. Engagements are designed according to objectives, available resources and the organisation’s level of maturity, seeking the right balance between depth of analysis, time, cost and expected results.

We work with the Client

Dialogue with the people involved is an integral part of the way we work. We foster relationships based on trust, clarity and collaboration, involving the relevant teams in analysis and decision-making and encouraging knowledge transfer throughout the engagement.

We measure the value created

A consulting engagement is meaningful when it makes a tangible contribution to improving the organisation. Wherever possible, objectives are translated into measurable results: greater effectiveness and efficiency, lower risks and costs, stronger control, development of skills, improved services and a greater ability to support business evolution.

From consulting to implementation

Types of engagement

Our engagements can take different forms and combine several ways of working, depending on the Client’s needs.

01

Consulting

Analysis of issues, definition of priorities and support for strategic, organisational and technological decision-making.

02

Assessment

Evaluation of existing situations, maturity levels, risks, skills, organisation and systems, identifying critical areas and possible improvement paths.

03

Implementation support

Support in turning decisions into concrete actions, from design through governance and implementation monitoring.

04

Training

Training and knowledge-transfer activities, either delivered as standalone initiatives or integrated into projects and tailored to the organisation’s specific needs.

These types of engagement do not necessarily represent rigid phases: they can be combined and tailored according to the characteristics of each specific engagement.
